Dear EKO Smile customers, Please be informed that, effective 05.08.2026, the EKO Smile Terms & Conditions are being updated. Key changes include: 1. Card Usage Limits The usage limits for EKO Smile cards are being updated as follows: • Up to 4 purchases per day across the entire EKO network; • Up to 2 fuel purchases per day at the same service station; • Up to 20 fuel purchases within the 30 calendar days. These limits apply collectively to all cards linked to the same EKO Smile account. Once the applicable limit has been reached, the EKO Smile card cannot be used for the corresponding purchases or fuel transactions. 2. Issuance of Physical Cards • New physical EKO Smile cards will no longer be distributed at EKO service stations. New customers can register and use the program through a digital card in the EKO Smile mobile application. All existing physical cards will remain valid and may continue to be used in accordance with the program terms and their current registration status. Unregistered cards can be registered via the EKO Smile mobile application or at www.ekosmile.bg. 3. Validity in Case of Inactivity • Unregistered cards will be deactivated if there has been no activity during the previous 12 months. 4. Other Changes • Point transfers between EKO Smile members are available if the sending member has completed at least one purchase of fuel or non-fuel products or services after registration. An EKO Smile member may receive points by transfer no more than three times in the same calendar month.
